Car Warranty Distribution :
Industrial Steel Structures : Modeled the project in STAAD.Pro. as desired by the mentors at CENS-India and calculated the self weight of the steel using hand calculations. Worked upon many such projects.
Roof Shed of My House: During internship, my father asked me to design steel roof shed and gave me dimensions which he wanted. I analysed that structure on STAADPro. and gave back proper sections, and got it checked from my mentors at CENS-India
Vishal Heights: This was a multi-storey project and was a real experience of insights of structural behavior. This complete project was completed by me. Referring to various codal provisions, this project helped me realize my potential as a designer. This project was completed by me three different softwares to compare the result variations. These softwares were- AxisVM, ETABS 2013, STAAD.Pro.

Guest Lecture: On Earthquake resistant designing of structures. Discussed the earthquake loads on the structure while explaining the various steps to analyse the sample structure. Prepared various handouts related to earthquakes and steps the presentation is going to proceed with.

Projects during Academics :
Hypothesis Testing: GUILTY OR NOT GUILTY.
NOT GUILTY = Not enough evidence (just like court)- doesn't mean innocent.

Major Project: "Analysis and Design of G+40 High Rise R.C.C. Structure", comprised of modelling of shear walls for best configuration". 4 models of shear walls were tried on the project and the best one was chosen that gave least deflection, drift and reduced torsion being the fundamental mode shape. Pile foundation was also designed for black assumed soil conditions i.e. black soil.

Hydraulic Crane Project : Made in the sophomore year as a project of Fluid Mechanics I. This is based on Continuity equation and Bernoulli's equation.

Glass Fibre Reinforced High Strength Concrete, an Alternate to Conventional Concrete. This project was undertaken under the guidance of Dr. Saleem Akhtar and Prof. Geeta Batham. Glass fibres in appropriate proportion were found to increase the compressive strength of concrete and fly ash based cement in proper water cement ratio were found to increase the workability of concrete. Super Plasticizers helps to cure concrete well by preventing the water loss.
It was also found that delayed demoulding of the concrete cubes increases the strength of concrete. |

Collapsed City Tank: I was fortunate to work with NITTTR-Bhopal team, while testing and report preparation of a City Water Tank, which collapsed mysteriously on a fine morning. Advanced Non Destructive Tests were carried out to determine the flaws in the construction material, of in-situ collapsed concrete members like CAPO Test, Rebound Hammer Test, Ultrasonic Test, etcetera. I was also involved in report preparation.
